"The Road is a symbol that the road to the goal is never straight. There will always be turns and bumps in the road, because that's how life is too.
The shape of the vase comes from a road trip Marie and her family have been on in Canada. The Canadian nature is in a special class - wild and beautiful, like the road we have to drive. The important thing is not so much where the road takes us, but what happens along the way, how we deal with the challenges we meet on our way, who we have with us and who we stay with on the journey.
In the last few years, we have really been allowed to feel that we are alive and every single day we have been met with increasing production prices, lack of raw materials, inflation and chaos in the world around us. Nothing is as it used to be, so how do we make the best of today, knowing that tomorrow looks different.
The Road vase will be completely unique, both because our path through life is completely unique and our own, but also because the vase is mouth-blown and created with a completely unique method we have invented for this particular vase.
The vase comes both in plain clear and in our well-known Danish Summer pattern."
