Constructed using high grade rubberwood and MDF, it features 3 floors with a staircase and ladder, removable roof with garden path motif on reverse, chimney stacks, attic windows, two front bay windows and opening front door and slider windows. Mayberry Manor is finished in a classic style in soft cream with powder pink and blue details.
All dolls and furniture are sold separately as part of the extensive and award winning Le Toy Van doll's house range. The product is flat packed with simple assembly required. All Le Toy Van painted wooden toys are designed in the UK and ethically manufactured in Indonesia using responsibly sourced materials. Fully safety tested for ages 3 and up.

Le Toy Van painted wooden toys are fully safety tested for ages 36 months and up by accredited safety testing organizations around the world. In Europe, Le Toy Van toys adhere to the stringent EN71 guidelines and are regularly tested to adhere to the EC declaration of conformity.
